Sizing Charts: Male and Female

Our shirts run true to size, however if your are wanting a more oversized fit we recommend sizing up like most of our models do! If you want your shirt to fit true to size and are stuck between 2 sizes we recommend sizing up if you are a man and sizing down if you are a woman.

As an eco conscious business, we are sadly unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases. However, we will happily provide a refund in the unlikely event that your package is lost, or doesn't arrive at all.

If a clothing package arrives damaged please send a photo to hello@teemill.com with an order number and pictures of the damaged item. We will ask you to return the damaged item so that we can inspect it and then Remill it, and send a replacement free of charge.

If your stationary package arrives damaged please contact gracie@remarkable.co.uk with a picture of the damaged item. We will investigate the damages and provide you with an appropriate replacement free of charge.

To request a refund for a lost or unarrived package, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue and provide you with a resolution as soon as possible.

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. We recommend that you keep a close eye on your tracking information and contact the carrier if you have any concerns about the delivery of your package.

All Teemill products are designed to be remade. When an item wears out, you scan a QR code on the label to send it back free of charge. In return, they get Remill credit to spend on the future purchase of a circular economy product.

You can send back any worn-out 100% cotton clothing to us with free UK postage at remillfibre.com (excluding denim and underwear) and we will remake it into new clothing, giving you store credit in return. This can include clothing which has not been made by Teemill.

Products are shipped 1-3 working days after your order is placed. Please allow:

• 3 - 5 working days for your order to arrive when shipped in the UK.
• 5 - 10 working days for your order to arrive when shipped to the EU
• 10 - 20 working days for your order to arrive when shipped Internationally.

Please note carrier services may take longer than expected.
